Rose (McGeehan) McGlynn's Will
I Rose McGlynn of Hazleton, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament. First, I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid; second, I give and bequeath to my nephew James McGeehin the sum of one hundred dollars, to be paid to him at such time and manner as my executrix shall determine; third, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Bridget Harkins for her own proper use and benefit forever. I do nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter Bridget Harkins executrix of this my last will and testament. Signed, Rose (her x mark) McGlynn; witnesses, J.P. Gorman, A.T. Gorman.
